I may have weirded....no WORDED that wrong. I want to ween myself from using my smart phone as

Not a Whizzer motor but similar. Just found out today I can't get it registered to put a plate
on it because it has to have Brake Light, turn signals, Horn. Just going to ride it
occasionally and hope...
