You need someone to fit you. Seat height and fore/aft/setback comes first, then drop and reach.
You don't want to be ebaying stems and farting around. Get someone with a brain to fit you

John, how many miles are you riding in 3 months? That kind of wear seems excessive. Are you
replacing them when the chain checker says they're worn?
