You need someone to fit you. Seat height and fore/aft/setback comes first, then drop and reach.

If you bought it the other day from a bike shop they need to fix it for free, and apologize for

John, how many miles are you riding in 3 months? That kind of wear seems excessive. Are you
replacing them when the chain checker says they're worn?
