  It's a baby bike. Wow,i suppose it's nice present for my little nephew.Such white bikes are
  memorials of cyclists who died at that spot, in this case a child. You don't want that for your

  I don't think I would use pvc as it gets brittle. how about a bolt on hitch and a hitch mounted
  rack, that way you could use the rack on anouther car truck.My¢¢$$ in cost :)
