  Me personally I do know what the cadence is yet I have no clue what mine is. I actually go by MPH I don't
  have a cadence meter on my bike don't think I will either to be honest but that's just me

  Depends on my mood really. Usually most rides go from 10 to 20 miles or so round trip for me usually
  about the 10 to 15mph range

  something interesting while out. Really need want a digital SLR one day cash don't allow for it no...
