I have a ceramic bearing BB. Compared to a Dura-Ace BB, it spins much easier. I'm not sure how
much actual power I'm saving, though. Probably not much.

Most of my rides are group rides, and I have to drive. That's the way with group rides, some
have to live further from the start than others, and some will live far enough away that riding

Yeah, the answer isn't exact. At a guess I'd say 10 mm is a pretty standard height for a brake
track, so a rim that's 559mm BSD would be 539 mm at the inside of the brake track. Give or
