  I think its whether or not your feet can touch the ground, if not, then lower the seat post, if its down
  all the way, the bike is too large for you.Also, you wouldn't want your knees hitting your hand...

  It seems like it would have to be a gear system where either person can pedal but the pedals from one
  person pedaling don't slam into the back of the other persons feet if they do it?
