Coppertone sport seems to work best for me when riding or diving. I wear contacts and it doesn't go into

If you really are just trying to "Zen" out, using cages/regular pedals is simply fine. I have found
riding long distance in Texas with "clips" to be fine as well, esp. for speed. If I am just chillin"...
