  X2 on the electrolytes.Leg cramps ARE the main way I can tell mine are off.Put some
  replenishment fluids(for me it is cytomax) in your water bottle.I use Endurolytes from Hammer,
  a very fancy salt tab...

  I just bought a quadracopter. About 28 inches square. X-heli is the brand.Don't work.The
  battery won't charge. I think it is the ultra cheap charger that came with it. Could be the
  fancy lipro battery...
