It's a longer commute, so you should rub yourself down with bacon and plan your route to include houses

A Compression shirt underlayer may help. maybe even a tight fitting tee-shirt.This could get too hot

Your spacing between the rear drop outs (where the wheel fits to the frame) is probably 135mm. Road bikes
