I need help with this, I've never seen a stem this way and i have no idea how to get the
handlebars out let alone the stem out. Anybody come across one if these?

I got my decals today , stripping down to frame removing old decals installing new ones and
shooting clear over entire frame and new decals and while i am at it i plan on putting frame
saver in the fr...

Can a stem be flipped to use it at a different angle? Or is it made to sit on one way?
