not to sound snarky, but put the pedals/shoes on and go for a ride. You'll quickly know if your

Ruffy Tuffy 28s. On a touring rear wheel with 36 spokes. Front is on a 32 spoke pretty standard
wheel. Have not had sidewall issues. 215lbs and 3800 miles last year.
