  What kind of repeats? How long? Time? How many? How hard do you go? VO2 max efforts?10% grade 2
  mi long hill.. Generally all my legs can do right now are 2 repeats.

  Are you doing hill repeats during the week and at least 1-2 20+ minute climbs in the same ride
  on the weekends?I'm doing Hill repeats on Monday nights. And yes, 3000 ft ascent climbing on
  the weekend.

  It's Sept. 7th. I don't want to over train or under train. As of right now, I've been riding 40
  miles on Sat, 65 on Sun, 20 on mon, tues.. Off on wed thur and fri. Thought?
