What kind of repeats? How long? Time? How many? How hard do you go? VO2 max efforts?10% grade 2
mi long hill.. Generally all my legs can do right now are 2 repeats.

It's Sept. 7th. I don't want to over train or under train. As of right now, I've been riding 40
miles on Sat, 65 on Sun, 20 on mon, tues.. Off on wed thur and fri. Thought?
