My rear derailer doesnt seem to be functioning anymore the way I want it to. What im looking for is a

Just wondering what your guyses habits were on wearing a helmet? I see a lot of people riding these days
without one and personally I dont know why, I guess maybe the cool factor?What do you guys do?
