Coffee is totally fine for me before riding if it's in moderation. 2-3 mugs, any more than that I get

I lost 65 pounds by riding my bicycle. It works, provided you ride it enough. I usually lose weight if I

innovative thinking! Git 'er Done!!!That is really cool! I thought about that not long ago ...Posted in thread: Highlight of the ride on 05/16/2011 at 9:15PM
During tonight's ride, I had to stop and adjust one of my brake pads. While I was doing that, a
12-year-old kid walked by, said hello, and asked me if I would like a flower. He had an obviously fake, ...Posted in thread: Expensive ride Saturday on 05/16/2011 at 9:04PM
My sunglasses are tinted safety glasses from Home Depot. Cheap, durable, keep insects and other objects
out of my eyes, not totally dorky looking, and they keep out the glare.Posted in thread: Doomsday? on 05/16/2011 at 9:01PM
