That's why I bought the set with the alloy brake tracks. My buddy warned me, and the alloy

6 Gap Century. 103 miles and 11,703' of climbing. That was BRUTAL! Strava says I got r done in
7 hours 10 minutes. My right shoulder was trashed which made climbing out of the saddle

I've heard that too. However, I find the only thing it does when I go cold turkey is prolong my
warmup time. My strength and speed ends up being better though.

A pro fit is nice, but it's a snapshot in time. I have consistently readjusted my bike fit
myself over time with my increase in fitness. I think they're okay for an initial fit, but
