You definitely need to work up to a 50 mile ride and it would be good to do stretching exercises before

There are typically two numbers - one for MPH and one for KPH. The 1370 number is the correct number for

Does anyone still drink bottled water?Only if it is the only option available.We have a PuR filter /
water pitcher that does a good job. I fill my bike bottles from that.
