OK, funny stuff but I have a very serious question. MY "junk" is fine on all rides BUT my butt cheeks get

I'm the suspicious type...I think this is a good idea but I don't that they are doing this out of the
goodness of their hearts. Who pays for this? What's the revenue model?

Shoe 061750023512 at CambriabikeI waffled on the "road vs. mountain" shoe but like the improved ...

  • Posted in thread: Seat Talk on 05/11/2011 at 4:26PM
With lots of disclaimers (YMMV, etc.) I'll say that I solved my seat discomfort issues by learning to sit
on the seat properly. This took some concentration and over 150 miles in the saddle but now it...

  • Posted in thread: Avg calories burn per bike ride? on 05/11/2011 at 4:15PM
Average? Depends on a ton of different variables BUT - my average ride of about 22 miles in 1:15 - 1:20
is about 950. I weigh 171#. It think that is pretty close - I use the LoseIt app along with Cycl...
