  i just started riding with i road bike club this year ,and notice that no one in the club had tube caps
  or nuts on their wheels.did not ask,in fear of looking like a newb.can some one tell me why.

  don't have alot to say,but been using speed play for 3 years,about12000 miles and just love them.im

  whats better 3 pawl or 6 pawl?l,are ceramic bearing that much faster?what are real fast hub.any
