Went out today to see what top speeds I could get on 7 different unicycles: 19" trials, 24
    Muni, 26er, 700c, geared 26er, and 36er. Came close to bailing a couple times near 17 mph![ame]

Thanks guys!@qmsdc15: I think riding 20 miles offroad is far more intense than riding, say, 3x
that distance on mostly flat, paved road. I once rode my mountain unicycle 20 miles on hilly,
    moderately ...

On 1.16.15, the day after the big 59, I set out to ride my non-geared 36er unicycle 150 miles
in 1 day! And since a unicycle can't coast, that meant pedaling continuously for the entire 150
    miles, 16 ...

  • Posted in thread: High speed Unicycle hits 18.4 mph! on 01-04-2015 at 05:27 PM
Decided to see what my geared unicycle could do all out, on the trail. Quite scary since it can
suddenly freewheel without warning by accidentally hitting shift button, which protrudes from
    the crank ...
