    do you have any neck issues as well? friend of mine had a vertebral misalignment that caused the same
    numbness. i'd go for a deep massage and see if that doesn't help. can't lose either way with that.

    though you didn't ask - supplement with zinc, the whole food type not grocery/drug store variety or foods
    high in the mineral. it assists our bodies in building proteins.good luck.

    this is not my first tire change but it is the most troublesome. tonight i ate up two innertubes via
    pinch flats trying to get the darn tire on the rim. the last 6 to 8 inches are a complete and total...
