i was looking for a steel road bike to make weekend rides on an possibly an occasional century now and again. this had to be priced well and have a triple crank. after doing a little research i latched onto the jamis satellite, i was able to get a very good deal on last years model through green mountain bikes in rochester (thanks doon!). i've ridden it a few times and can feel the difference of steel in my lower back.

i can't wait until the weather gets better so i can take it out for a longer ride, i'll update my review at the end of the summer, for now, i dig the bike and am glad i got the steel. Price Payed: $700.00 Recommended? Yes Pros: hey, it's steel. Cons: none so far
