Thanks. I like riding on the road mostly. But i like mountain bikes them selves more lol ive been mostly just getting comfortable riding again because i had not in years. Im also interested in customizing bikes as well.
If the bike does what you want it to do right now, it is the right bike for you right now. If later, you want a bike to do more or do something else .... you will get that bike or bikes.
I spent years commuting daily on bikes I literally pulled out of the trash and refurbished with parts from other bikes I pulled out of the trash. Bike snobbery is comical to me, because back in the day, I rode bikes other people literally found unworthy of riding .... but I got wherever I had to every day, and really enjoyed it.
That bike looks like it is decent shape. You could probably get a lot of miles/years/smiles out of it.
I particularly like the color. Also, the somewhat understated decals don't mess up an otherwise very attractive paint job.
Late to the thread, but welcome, EtowahDakota! I like the looks of your ride. Moreover, any bike is better than no bike at all. Ride the wheels off it, and have fun doing so. Your mind and body will thank you.
I hope to see more from you. We also have s thread to post pictures of your rides. I hope You post there also. I really enjoy seeing where everyone is riding.
What part of the world are you currently residing?

Me myself ride a really cheap 29:er made from entry-level parts and a Chinese frame, but i love it and I love the woods and I love the asphalt, and that's what counts! [emoji108]
Okay .... there is a rule around here about talking about your bike and not showing it .... Also, when you say Chinese frame .... I guess now frames are made of steel, aluminum, titanium, carbon fiber, and Chinese?
I am interested because I own a couple Chinese CF bikes (Workswell) and was reading about a guy considering a Chinese Ti frame. What have you got? Where is the build sheet? Where are the pics?
Further ---- it is possible we have had this conversation and I forgot it,.. That's one of the bonuses of being old---every day it can be a brand new world!
Downside is you can get lost in your own neighborhood. Oh, well.
