He said "You remember the jewelers we went into about 10 years ago, and you fell in love with that diamond necklace? I could not afford it at the time and I said that one day I would get it for you?"
Little tears started to flow down her cheek and she got all
choked up…
"Yes, I do remember that shop." she replied.
"Well I am in the Bike shop next door to that."
This year, Christmas, like everything else, is going to suck. Since we can’t get together as a family, everyone is getting gift certificates. Makes shopping easy but not personal.

I like gift cards myself to places I shop. I know.....some see it as impersonal but I rather get things I can use rather than clothes and other trinkets I re-gift.
Once there was a fairly nice hug received from a bike tech. I recall that fondly.
If dating was only as simple as riding a bike....
