My new addiction!

  • This is my new addiction! Getting older and need to improve my cardiovascular fitness. It's been at least 20 years since I've ridden with any regularity. I've been riding now for about 2 weeks and I'm now up to three 15 mile rides and two 5 milers with hills on the other two. I still have a long way to go, but I'm enjoying every minute so far.
