There is a great documentary called 180 Degree South about a man who takes a similar journey to Patagonia like Yvon Chouinard and friends did in the 1960's. I thought it was going to be so-so but it was really good. The adventure was interesting, the guy it focused on was down to Earth. I hate travel documentaries where the man in focus is too over the top on his adventure theology and what he finds. It's streaming via Netflix.
