‎I just felt so good I had to tell someone...21 miles on my Schwinn Cimorron today, I don't think it's the best bike for that milage, as it's a Target Dept. store bike but it does have an aluminum frame, my legs feel like rubber but there getting stronger. 1 hour 45 minutes. Only 2 quick stops...wheww..Recovery time is getting shorter, after training this winter i'm gonna kick some a$$ next year! I hope....

keep track of your times and trying to improve is good..... just remember to keep it fun so you enjoy it.

sometimes a slower pace with some REALLY FAST (2-3) minute bursts thrown in will make it fun and fast (if your health allows)

a long journey starts with a 21 mile ride
