Chris Boardman has been around a long time in Europe and has just started advertising here in the U.S. They get good reviews from the people I have heard talking about them. I have no personal experience with them,
Thanks for the link! They really do seem like good bikes, but looking at their site I just noticed all the hybrid models are probably geared to high for me... no triples up front... 50-34... otherwise they look fantastic. Im kinda surprised they don't offer more variety in gearing with their "hybrids". They look closer to road gearing... :( I have to be able to tackle pretty steep hills and stuff...

I am old and ride 50-34 on all my bikes. A lot of our group rides have hills of 10% and 12%. I also ride with 11-28 in the rear and this is sufficient for me.
