Welcome to TwoSpoke!

When do your legs stop feeling like rubber?
Do they ever? The better shape you get in, the farther you want to ride. The farther you ride, the more your legs feel like rubber and the better shape you get in, ..... It's a vicious cycle. But don't we love it?!

They quit feeling like rubber when they start feeling like Jello. At least that is my experience.

What brought you back to riding? What kind of riding are you doing? Glad to see you joined us hope to see you here a lot.

I retired and decided it was time to work on loosing some weight to get the blood pressure down and having lost 20lbs it is coming down. I have a trek 7.2fx and love it. At this point I'm just trying to maintain a good cadence and slowly increase mileage. This is great fun.
