It’s a Holladay here tomorrow and some of those big strong young men from the chURch are going to teach me to ride, I’m looking forward to it.

When they said they wanted to ride with me I said OK, we’d do an easy 20 miles, they said 20 miles and started looking at each other.

This should be the most fun since I dusted the family off all 15 of them. They haven’t been back in four years.

I put a little extra oil on and a few extra pounds of air and shined my shoes.

I’M READY They don't understand "Do Or Die"

Don't give up. If you have gone as far as you can go don't just stop. They will have more respect for you if you crash in a spectacular manner. That way you can stop but they won't pick on you for stopping. They won't know they beat you.;)

Held my own, only two showed up. My regualar pardner and the PK who is 40. That kid can turn in 90's rpm's all day, he ran a low gear on a mountain bike with knobbies but he was right there. Rain stated at 16 miles so I was glad of that, we ran a good pace.

I'll lift tomorrow.
