Well got a bike that I want to get a computer to work right on the rear wheel. Want to get the computer to work while the bike is on the trainer so I can check speeds distance ect while on the fluid trainer.

Trouble is that the computer seems to work fine when the sensor is on the front wheel, but wont work at all if on the back. Is the battery just weak or is the wireless transmitter that weak?

Anyone else able to get a computer to work off the back wheel??? Would I be better off with a stationary bike??

My Garmin works fine on the rear wheel. However, that is where it is designed to be mounted because the wheels sensor doubles as a cadence sensor. I'd eliminate the battery as the cause first. If not, then the transmitter is just too weak.
