Got a new air pump.
A Topeak Micro Rocket.

A little tiny thing.

Mounted on the bike.

It is made for a presta road bike only.
I have 25C tires, so the fill rate will very for smaller 23C tires.
I let the air out of my tire.
Pumped 100 strokes
Keep in mind the stroke is about 6 inches
It was at 15-20 psi
100 more strokes and it was at 30-40 psi
100 more and I was spent and the pump was getting hard to push on.
60 psi
GOOD enough to ride easy on.
I will keep my CO2 carts but this will work for training runs and is better than nothing.

Another thing...
Gotta be used with the tire off the bike or the valve(and knuckles) would get damaged.
It also helps to have a lock nut on the valve stem to hold it still.

I have a road morph and have gotton a tire up to 100 lbs but it said it would pump to 160, so off to the bikeshop I went. I said to the owner I can't get this pump to 120 he put his best mecanic on it he pumped for a wile and called #2 mecanic he pumped for a wile and did get it to 120. So I said to the owner eather this pump should come with 2 mecanics or when I call you send some one to change my flat. His reply was you wait I will send someone

thats a good pump, but i have a pump which is a bit easy to use

you can use it using the can (much faster) or the old fashion way of pumping....
