Shimano Deore XT RD-T6000 or T8000 Trekking Rear Derailluer, SGS Long Cage, 10-Speed vs Shimano Deore XT RD-M786 Rear Derailleur SGS Long Cage, 10-Speed with MicroShift BS-M10 MTB Bar End Shifter Set - 2/3 x 10 Speed and I have the Shimano Deore XT RD-M786 Rear Derailleur SGS Long Cage, 10-Speed with MicroShift BS-M10 MTB Bar End Shifter Set - 2/3 x 10 Speed on my Soma Saga Disc Touring Bike. and Shimano HG50 11-36t Cassette 10 speed

Oh I forgot to mention that my Right Shifter is the 10 speed Shimano Deore M4100 IS-EV with Wolf Tooth shiftmount
On my PNW Coast gravel handlebars 480mm wide flare 20:and I might go to the Spank flare 25 vibrocore drop bar 520mm wide

I might have to go back to the Microshift right M10 bar end shifter 10 speed
Front Crack set is Shimano Deore M6000 22-30-40t the only triple cranks that I can find during the covid-19 pandemic

I like the looks of the components you're talking about, but fear I lack any direct personal experience with them and thus can offer little of value. What shortcoming in your current drive train do you hope to overcome with the new equipment?
