i would get a rear rim and a tire. since the rear wheel trainer
can flat spot a tire depending on how many miles you put on the trainer.
i have flat spotted aa tire so i used a cheap slick tire on my rear wheel now instead of ruining my good tires.
do a search the do have trainer tires available.
with the spare tire -rim rear combo just switch out when you want to ride the roads/trails/path ways.
Bike trainers trains a person well very but they also take care for the safety of the people and for that it is very much necessary for a person to war helmet and other safety equipment. Even if a person know driving than also wearing helmets is very much necessary.
