Hey all,

Glad to see a new biking forum get started...now I have someone to come to when I have problems or questions. I prefer mountain biking but I have been lookin at some road bikes for commuting to college but am not sure what bike is the best for the money.

I'm out in northern california so if anyone out there is from the same area send me a message so we can go on a ride sometime. Happy ridin'.

Welcome Jeepboy! What college do you attend and what are you studying?

I live in college town where the majority of students ride bikes to school. It's a quaint little town. What kind of bikes have you been looking at? Got anything in mind?
