Cool Excel power calculator for Inside Ride rollers

    I can't make myself pull the trigger on a power meter. Everytime I start to price them, I think of lots of other things for the bike I would rather have. Maybe if I raced more, I might, but for what I do, it seems like too much of a cost.

    That being said, I thought it was cool to find this spreadsheet that calculates my power while riding my rollers based upon rider+bike weight, speed, and roller resistance setting. If any of you have Inside Ride's rollers, you can find the link to the spreadsheet at the bottom of this page just above the picture of the red Scott on the rollers.

    Thanks for the heads up. I tried it and all it spit out at me was, "Please dismount and kill yourself". I think that's because I added my level of hate for my rollers into the formula. Who knows.

    Xela....thanks for the great idea. Was able to dig up some power related calculations for my trainer. Never even thought to look for anything, and there it was right on the website.
