for example, Creme has distributors all over the word - CremeCycles.com , so it won't be a big deal to get a bike like Holymoly. the point is a BIKE ;)
Does any girl have a Creme? ;)

...would it be good as a gift?...
Depends!

The short answer would be yes, but...

Does she like to ride a bike?
Does she live in an area where she would feel safe while riding?
Does she have a place to keep it?
Is this something you can do together or have plans of doing so?

I mean, does anybody know any technical details?
I take it the one in the photo is the one you have in mind? If so, it looks more like a bike for leisurely rides; not one for long distance cycling. If that is the case, comfort would be more of an issue than technical details, IMO. Your choice of options is limited. Bikes in that class don't come with different component groups, or upgrades to different wheel sets. An upgrade would likely include a different hub/brake assembly, or a hub that has some gears. A visit to the LBS or the company website should give you an idea of your options.
