Disable E-mail Notifications

Want to disable or alter your E-mail Notifications.

Please visit:

Then look for: Default Thread Subscription Mode

Change this to reflect how often, if at all, you would like to be notified.

If you want to clear all your current Subscriptions then please visit:

http://www.twospoke.com/forum/subscription.php

Clear out all the Subscriptions you do not want.
