I am new to this forum. I'm have been off the bike for some time and wants to start training for a 110 km race on March 11 which is 20 days away. What training program would you guys recommend? Thanks

Definitely recommend 3x5:00 Efforts at 75-85% Hrm 2x/week, 20 min hill repeat on the weekends.

How many days a week; how long should I ride; I've got time.

Tu/thu for 3x5 over 90 mins
Weekends for the 20 min repeats over 2-3 hours.

I think you should get at least one day with a fast group ride. You need to relearn to be comfortable riding fast and close in a group, without letting gaps open up.
