The 5 hour energy is a pretty good one. It is not really bad for your either and doesn't have that "crash" effect like most do. I recommend it but as with any energy supplement, take it in moderation. A lot of the energy drinks are tons of sugar, carbs, calories, etc in them so i would def. do some research before you keep or start doing 2-3 a day, even with some exercise.Does anyone drink that Venom stuff or the little 5 hour energy bottles?
It still seems like I crash even when I don't use the energy
