1. Helmets and riding caps. A helmet is an indispensable safety equipment when riding. The head is not only the key object of safety protection, but also the part of the human body that loses the most heat. It is very important to keep the head warm.

2. Cycling glasses. Many forest paths are relatively narrow, and the branches bent by the snow often hinder your riding. Wearing glasses can effectively prevent the damage of the branches and snowflakes to the glasses and maintain a clear vision.

3. Cycling gloves. Under normal circumstances, after we fall, we subconsciously use our hands to cushion the ground, so we need to provide special protection to the palms. Cycling gloves are very important. Winter cycling gloves should be both thermally insulated, waterproof and breathable.
