I don't think that's an older bike, the brakes are a dead give away that it's not older then 10 years. It's also a inexpensive bike evidence by the low quality brakes, the one piece steel crank, the cheap funky seat, steel handlebars, and the low end steel derailleur. It's a pos bike made to look older.
