Has anyone ever actually tried a diet plan that worked? Atkins, South Beach, Nutrisystem, etc. I'm just curious-something I had always wondered about. Seems to me that they might help you lose a little weight in the short term, but they aren't realistic for keeping weight off.
Yeah they pretty much are a scam. The secret behind weight loss is to increase your metabolism. To do this, you want to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat the same as you normally would, but just space it out more. Cut out sweets and fatty foods and don't eat 2 hours before bed. Exercise 3-5x a week and you will be well on your way to weight loss
Great Resource For Changing The Way You Eat I've tried several different diet plans with the same results...none of them work. I found this in January and have since lost 60 lbs. All of this without any pills, supplements, etc., and I seldom even feel hungry. The studies are free and they even provide a mentor who has gone through the studies to help you along.
