ha! how's come all these fixie bikes get all the cool look'n parts. They look so sweet, yet so simple. I love simplicity!





Now these are some BA bikes! I'd love to fin a simple frame and play. :D

I still see guys riding brakeless, with bars cut down so that the stem is the only thing keeping the grips from touching. Match that to the aerospok and tarck geometry, and you're super hip.

I saw a documentary on the Fixie community in L.A.....There is something I am not getting or not understanding. I mean I get the idea of the Fixie bike, simplicity, etc. Yet, there is something about the flash and "hipsterness" that I dont get. Then again I tend to walk away from common flashy things that are popular.

For instance in the film I noticed that they were riding with the weirdest short (in width) handle bars that sat them EXTREAMLY upright, yet they would race. It seemed the bike was more of a fashion statement.
