LOL - No not that...;)

Check the mileage of your cycle computer. My new Sigma is registering roughly half of what I was getting with my old Topeak.

I marked off a section of road with my car's odometer and checked it against the Sigma, and it was correct.

So, my old Topeak has been registering double speed/double distance for who knows how long - maybe since new, as I've never checked it before.

Now I feel like I'm going so slow...:eek:

I've never heard of a speedo being that far off even if the wheel size was set incorrectly.

I've had problems with the charts that come with bike computers. I always use the tire diameter and reset it with every tire change.

Neither my Sigma nor my past Cateyes requires a roll out and they were accurate enough for me. Were they, or are they accurate to within 3 feet? I don't know and I don't care, I know their accurate to with a 10th of a mile and that's good enough for me. I don't have time to be that anal.
