USA's Georgia Gould wins the bronze in today's women's XCO race at the Olympics!

She put forth a valiant effort and did a fine job of staying as close to the leader as she could. Wonder if she would have gotten silver if the German rider did not have trouble on that rocky descent that one lap. Looked like a fun course.

In the morning I heard them say "...Women's MTB coming up..." which was kind of a spoiler. I figured USA must have been in the mix if they were going to show the event. But I missed it, no DVR...
