Hello from Texas! Started riding 3 months ago to loose weight and lower blood sugar. Have ridden 500 miles, dropped 13 pounds, lowered blood sugar 30 points and actually love riding! A lot of wind out here but I just keep spinnin!!

Have read tons of things that educate and motivate on this site!! Thanks.
