Welcome to the forum....what do you ride???
No, I'm not a native to Fort Collins but I have been here for over 18yrs. It's a great place to ride.
My main ride is a giant TCX which is a cross bike. I use it for commuting with cross tires in the winter and road tires in the summer. It doubles as my road bike for the time being. I also have Rocky Mountain ETSX 50 mountain bike, an old 1973 Raleigh competition, and an old 1989 Special Allez that is now a bright yellow fixed gear.
