Hi,
I've found an old Phillips and need a hand identifying age and model. The number where the rear wheel bolts on looks like 418928.The rear sprocket is a "The Villiers Model Deluxe" single speed.Tires are 26X1 3/8,with what looks like "LI HSIN".The seat is a leather embossed one with "JA Phillips P2".The brakes are rod operated.

What do I have?

Its not much to look at.Rusty, poorly hand painted with a brush at some point in time over its life.
