So the bearings have gone on my cannondale r400 bottom bracket. How big of a job is this to fix what tools will I need and how much will it cost.

I do a lot of work on my bike. Two of the things I don't mess with is the bottom bracket and headset. I would take it to a shop if I could. Ultegra installed should be under a hundred bucks for sure. It's been years since I had my last one put in and it was a Dura Ace, which at that time was about a hundred dollars installed.
