I am rather new to cycling in the fact that I haven't been on a bike in 40 years until I started back for the first time since I was a kid! I bought my new bike a couple of months back for excercise. It is a RedLine Monocog 29er, Single Speed with disc brakes. Gearing is 32/16 with Schwalbe Big Apple ballon tires. Standover is 32" on a 21" 4130 Cromoly steel frame. I started off riding around the block where I live and have moved up steadily six days at a time until I ride daily for 8 miles a day! My goal is to do 10 miles a day on a regular basis. I am 62 years old started out at 280 lbs. am currently at 258 lbs. workings for my target of 240lbs.
