Hi all! This forum is a gathering of bike fans - that's cool. Because I like to ride a bike too, I have an old one. I like to go out of the city and breathe the fresh air. It's really important, because I don't get enough oxygen in the city.

I have one road bike (newer) and one mountain bike 20+ years old and in serious need of a tune up.

Don't you ride enough?

I do not ride enough .... IIt is either way too hot or raining too hard or I am too tired or my legs are still sore or I just don't feel like it right now .... I have way too many excuses and way too few miles ridden. But .... I am going out in a few minutes on at least a short ride.

Welcome, and thanks for the very concerning issue you have mentioned here. Our earth is going in a very bad day by day. We need to focus on that I think and also need to plant many trees regularly.
